Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible, including colors, scents, and packaging. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will perfectly reflect the actual product.

• All candles, car diffusers, and room sprays are handcrafted in small batches using 100% organic and natural ingredients.
• Product availability is subject to change without prior notice.
• We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
• Scent descriptions are for guidance only — individual experiences may vary.
• All products are intended for personal use and are not evaluated as medical or therapeutic treatments.

Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase a product subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.

• All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
• Prices are subject to change without notice prior to order confirmation.
• Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and shipped.
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods listed at checkout.
• An order confirmation email will be sent once your payment has been successfully processed.
• ABC Organic Scents is not responsible for additional fees such as customs duties, import taxes, or bank charges that may apply to international orders.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship to addresses within the Dominican Republic and select international destinations. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

• Domestic (DR): Standard delivery within 3–5 business days.
• International: Delivery times vary by destination, typically 7–21 business days.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
• Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier disruptions.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

Returns & Refunds

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in original packaging.
• Due to the personal nature of scented products, opened or used items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
• To initiate a return, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
• Gifts may be exchanged for store credit of equal value.
