All sales are final. Due to the handcrafted and personal nature of our scented products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. The only exception is if your item arrives damaged or incorrect — please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo.

Absolutely. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Tracking info may take up to 24 hours to update. If you haven't received your tracking email, check your spam folder or reach out to us with your order number.
