These terms cover purchases from ABC Organic Scents at abcorganicscents.com. Contact [email protected] for order questions.

Prices and orders

Prices are stated in US dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed before an order is submitted. Review your product choices, contact details, delivery address and the final total before placing an order.

Payments and privacy

Payments are processed through WooPayments and its payment partners. Card details are entered in the payment processor’s secure fields. Do not send full card numbers, CVCs or passwords by email. Read our Privacy Policy for details of how order and account information is used.

Shipping, returns and support

Available delivery services and charges are displayed at checkout. Carrier transit estimates apply after dispatch and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

If we cannot ship within the stated shipment timeframe, or within 30 days when no shipment timeframe has been stated, we will seek any required consent to a delay or refund the unshipped order as required by applicable law.

Our Refund and Returns Policy explains our 30-day returns for unopened, unused products and the applicable return-postage terms. Contact us promptly about order errors, damage or a cancellation request. These terms do not remove rights provided by applicable law.

Product use

Follow the safety instructions supplied with each product. Candles must not be left burning unattended. Fragrance products must be used only for their labeled purpose.
