Refund and Returns Policy

Contact [email protected] with your order number before returning an item. Do not send full payment card details by email.

30-day returns

We accept change-of-mind returns of unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 30 days after delivery. Contact us within that period to request a return and receive instructions.

The customer pays return postage for a change-of-mind return. Original outbound postage is not refunded for those returns, except where required by law.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Contact us promptly with your order number and, where practical, clear photos of the item and packaging. We will investigate and arrange an appropriate remedy. Your rights under applicable law are not limited by this policy.

Safe returns

Wait for return instructions before shipping an item back. Sprays, liquids and fragrance products may be subject to carrier restrictions; do not ship restricted items using an unapproved service. We will provide the appropriate return address and instructions privately.

Refunds and cancellation requests

Contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation. If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Bank posting times may vary.

If we cannot ship within an agreed timeframe, we will seek any required consent to a delay or refund the unshipped order as required by applicable law.
